WELCOME TO ATMOSPHERE OF GRACE MINISTRY
Our mission is to spread the gospel of Christ Jesus (Grace) to all corners of the world.
This ministry started in 2015 by Rev Rosemary Githu AKA Lady Hekma. Its based Mombasa, Kenya in an area called Magongo. The area is a low income area with poverty and drug abuse problem not to mention at the heart of the muslim community. God has sent us here to be the light of hope in the area.
The ministry is a Christian-based non-profit organization that's financially supported by donations from friends and partners of the ministry.
OUR STORY
Why did we start our Ministry
In 2014, Lady Hekma (Rev Rosemary Wairimu) got saved and all that she wanted was to share her experience with Jesus with others. God had delivered her from her darkest moments from drugs and alcohol, depression even from multiple suicide attempts. She wanted to serve and the first place she went to is her husband's family church, the Anglican church in Mombasa. Here she joined the church and became a member of praise and worship and evangelism team. Not long a deep calling for her to start a church was keeping her awake. At this time she and her husband Kennedy Nyamai were still living in Bamburi.
It was not long before Lady Hekma met some friends who shared the same ideology on salvation and talks started on starting a grace church. At this time she and her husband had now moved to Magongo and since she had no connection or pastors friends who would allow her to preach grace in their churches, she started preaching online and with that Atmosphere of Grace was born.
Soon house fellowship started and the desire to start a church was awaken again.
Lady Hekma's friends together with her started to hire conference halls for sunday worship services. It wasnt smooth sailing and soon everyone parted ways. Back in her living room with her husband they decided to continue with the online ministry of taking the gospel to all the corners of the world as well as door-to-door evangelism and street preaching.
Atmosphere of Grace ministry has been blessed with few friends who have supported it to where it is currently by God's grace. We have been able to do outreaches and even feed our community during the beginning of the covid outbreak dating March to August 2020.
Its through our amazing friends that we now have a church and we see the hand of God in everything.

Grace Family Assembly
This is a WORD based Church that is of the New covenant and Grace. We disciple, equip and edify the body of Christ as well as spread the good news of the finished work of the Cross to all the people.
